Survive the Swarm Co-op

Survive the Swarm is built for a group as much as a solo kite. GeekOut Studio’s own December 2025 post said to take on the swarm alone or group up with friends. The Roblox place allows up to 60 players. Official screenshots show several avatars in the same grassy courtyard before a wave. This page is how to share that yard without stacking into one bite zone and calling it teamwork.

The loop does not change because someone else loaded in. Weapons still auto-attack. You still pick an upgrade every level. WAVE, HP, LVL, purple crystals, the multi-weapon bar, and Shift or Space dash still run on your HUD. What changes is density: other players’ ovals cut yours, their crystals may vanish before you arrive, and Team Invincibility actually has a team to cover. If you have not finished one short solo run, start on Getting Started before you invite four people into Wave 1.

How a 60-player server feels

Sixty is the cap, not the target. A quiet server still teaches the oval. A full server looks like the exterminator lobby shot: many bodies, same grass, same pillars. Insects aggro as a swarm, not as a polite single target. If five of you stand in one circle, you have built a buffet. Split the courtyard. One player holds the north arc, another the south. Meet only to vacuum a crystal line or to drop a turret on a funnel.

Do not steal a friend’s Machine Gun line by walking through it “to help.” Auto-attacks already overlap. Your job is another kite post, not a second hitbox on the same insect. Maps and Trenchline explain pillars as posts. In co-op, assign posts out loud.

Team Invincibility and stun in a group

Studio footage prices Team Invincibility and Stun All Enemies at 49 currency for 30 seconds. In a clump, one invincibility buy can save four people who already overlapped. In a split yard, you may be paying for a teammate who was never in danger. Call the shop. Stun is a door for whoever is trapped; the player who is already on a wide oval should not spend it. High-wave clips with revives (high waves) get messier with friends. A revive is still a late budget. Do not farm deaths because “someone will rez.” Play the How to Survive oval first.

Loadouts that do not collide

You do not need four Mages. Mage hits hard and drops HP faster — one in the group is a damage spike, two is a wipe if both get surrounded. Mix a starter-sword learner with a Machine Gun holdout and a boomerang clearer. Read builds and best heroes before you all unlock the same kit. Weapon stacking still happens on each player’s own bar; you cannot share slots. See weapons.

Optional Robux that doubles some end-of-run rewards is per account. Codes, when they exist, are also per account — this wiki still has no independently verified public strings as of September 2026. Redeem in the lobby from codes before the wave starts so nobody is typing in a shop while the pack spawns.

Voice, dash, and leaving space

You do not need voice chat (the place listing says it is not supported). You need space. Dash Shift/Space through a gap that a teammate is not occupying. If two dashes land in the same hole, you both eat red cubes. The controls page is the same in co-op; the courtesy is new.

When the run ends, take the loadout checklist into the next queue. Official Discord and the GeekOut Studio group on wiki links are where people actually find a squad. Scripts that claim auto-group or kill aura belong on the scripts hub as a warning. Co-op in Survive the Swarm is extra ovals, not extra cheats.
