Survive the Swarm Lobby, Colors, and Turret Teasers

December 2025 and January 2026 studio posts promised a new lobby, color combos, and a deployable turret — confirm each on your client.

Lobby and Customization Teasers

GeekOut Studio previewed three Survive the Swarm extras in late 2025 and early 2026: an all-new lobby walk-through, character customization color combos, and a deployable turret. Each post said “preview-only” and pointed at the same Roblox place. This page is the teaser file. It is not a patch that the 20 August 2026 listing named. If your session still dumps you onto grass with a starter sword, you are not missing a hidden menu this wiki forgot. You are looking at a social promise that has not been proven on the live HUD.

The place launched on 3 October 2025. The title still reads Survive The Swarm! [UPD]. No public Trello turned up. The dated spine remains on patch notes. Weapons and UI from the 24 December 2025 line live on new weapons. Trenchline as a named arena lives on Trenchline. Keep those clocks separate from this teaser list.

New lobby (December 2025)

On 10 December 2025 the studio posted a lobby walk-through: the team had been hard at work on an all-new lobby, play it now, new lobby preview-only. That wording is a preview, not a ship stamp. A lobby in a survivor-like is where you redeem codes, inspect heroes, and queue a courtyard. If your current front area already has a shop and a code box after one short run, you may already be in a later lobby than the Alpha link those posts used. If you still spawn straight into insects, the walk-through has not arrived for you. Getting Started is the HUD lesson either way.

Character colors (December 2025)

Instagram copy from 9 December 2025 showed upcoming character customization and asked which color combo you would choose, again “preview-only.” Survive the Swarm already lets you “play as heroes from other worlds.” Colors are cosmetics on top of kits such as the starter fighter and Mage. They do not change the HP trade Mage makes. Do not spend unlock currency on a palette you have not seen in your own customize screen. Best heroes is still about kits, not dyes.

Deployable turret (January 2026)

On 12 January 2026 the studio said seasoned players keep their distance, then showed a deployable turret that holds insects while you lead them into the line of fire. Full placement notes are on the turret guide. This update page only records the date and the hedge: preview-only, confirm the icon on the multi-weapon bar. A turret is not Team Invincibility. Shop buttons stay on powerups.

How to treat teasers in a real session

Play the courtyard you have. Circle the pack. Stack boomerangs and Machine Gun if they appear. Use co-op if friends loaded in. Chase high waves only after the oval is boring. When a lobby menu, a color slider, or a turret icon actually shows up, this page should gain a “seen in HUD” line — not a fake ship date. Watch Discord and the GeekOut Studio group listed on wiki links. Optional Robux that doubles some end-of-run rewards is unrelated to cosmetics landing.

The Updates Hub exists so teasers do not leak into the Guides Hub as if they were Wave 1 facts. Keep the hedge. The insects will not wait while you look for a lobby TikTok promised.
