Tools Hub

This hub is the practical layer of the Survive the Swarm wiki. The Updates Hub tells you what GeekOut Studio shipped or teased. The Guides Hub teaches the kite. Tools turn both into a list you can tap before WAVE 1. Survive the Swarm on Roblox is free to play, solo or group, in servers of up to 60. Weapons auto-attack. You still lose if dash is dead, gems are sitting in the pack, and 49 currency is wasted on the wrong powerup.

The first child page is the loadout checklist. It is a pre-run and in-run list: HUD reminders, Shift or Space dash ready, a gem pickup path, when to spend 49 on STUN ALL ENEMIES versus Team Invincibility, weapon-slot goals (boomerangs plus Machine Gun), Mage HP caution, Trenchline kite posts, and redeeming codes before a grind. If you only open one Tools page, open that one.

What counts as a tool here

A tool is something you can check without a lore paragraph. The live HUD is a tool. WAVE plus timer tells you when the next ring lands. HP tells you whether Mage is about to fold. LVL tells you whether round XP is actually landing. The multi-weapon bar tells you whether the new weapons patch did its job this run. Currency tells you whether 49 is in the bank for a 30-second stun or invuln. Dash (Shift or Space) is a tool with a cooldown you can feel even when the HUD does not print the number.

A teaser is not a tool. January 2026 GeekOut Studio posts previewed a deployable turret, a lobby walk-through, and character color combos. Those sit on the patch notes timeline until they appear as something you can tap. Do not add a fake turret row to your checklist.

Scripts are not this hub. If you want automation talk, that is the scripts hub, with the usual Roblox account risk. This Tools Hub assumes you are pressing dash yourself.

How to use the checklist without turning it into homework

Run the list in the lobby, then ignore it until something breaks. Redeem codes. Look at HP, LVL, empty weapon slots, and the 49 cost. Decide whether this session is open-field practice or Trenchline. If Trenchline, pick a pillar before you ever spend a dash. If Mage, assume HP is the scarce resource and do not greed a gun slot while you are already leaking. Full taps and skip rules live on the loadout checklist.

Pair the list with pages that explain the why:

Economy checks that belong next to the HUD

Optional Robux can double some end-of-run rewards. That toggle is not a skill. It does not fill boomerang slots. It does not buy Team Invincibility. If you spend, do it knowing the run still ends when HP hits zero. Codes are the free lever — claim them before a long Trenchline sit so you are not pausing at WAVE 40 to type a string.

Powerup math is small on purpose. Both Team Invincibility and STUN ALL ENEMIES cost 49 and last 30 seconds. Stun is for a closed orbit. Invincibility is for a forced cross or a stacked WAVE spawn, and it is a team button when several players share the same door of insects. Spending both overlapping because you panic is how you hit WAVE 25 with empty currency.

What this hub will not become

It will not become a DPS calculator. GeekOut Studio did not publish one. It will not become a fake Trello. It will not name weapons this wiki cannot source — boomerangs from official screenshots, Machine Gun from community loadouts, nothing else invented. It will not treat the August 2026 Roblox listing as a hidden item shop.

Open the checklist, tick the lobby rows, and go kite. If the swarm already closed, you needed the list five minutes ago, not another paragraph on this hub.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Survive the Swarm on Roblox.

What is the Tools Hub for?

Pre-run checks you can tap: HUD, dash, gems, 49-cost powerups, and weapon slots. Start on the loadout checklist.

Is the January turret on the checklist?

No. It remains a GeekOut Studio teaser on the patch notes timeline until it is a live HUD slot.

Do I need Robux to use these tools?

No. Survive the Swarm is free to play. Optional Robux can double some end-of-run rewards. Dash, slots, and the 49 powerups work without spending.

Where do codes fit?

Redeem codes in the lobby before a grind. The checklist treats that as a first-row item, not an afterthought.

Are scripts part of Tools?

No. Automation sits on the scripts hub. This hub assumes you still press Shift or Space yourself.

What should I read with the checklist?

Getting started, the weapons guide, and Trenchline if that is the arena for the session.
